A former banker, Jason is highly qualified in both finance and acquisition. He has worked in multifamily residential real estate syndication and acquisition, business merger & acquisition, and eCommerce. With more than 8 years of experience with National Diversified Funding Corporation, and having worked hands-on serving in every capacity from assistant analyst to Director of M&A, Jason hosts a wealth of knowledge and execution capability honed from his key roles in 14 corporate acquisitions

As an entrepreneur, Jason built and operates an e-commerce business that manufactures its own idependently branded and developed nutritional suppliments.

Jason is a graduate of the University of California, Riverside with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Finance.
