William (“Bill”) Pasek is an accomplished commercial executive with more than 35 years of experience driving growth and building high performing commercial organizations across the pharmaceutical and contract development and manufacturing sectors. Most recently, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at DIANT Pharma Inc., where he joined as the second employee and helped secure initial funding, establish the company’s commercial foundation, and advance its continuous manufacturing nanotechnology platform. He led all Business Development, Marketing, and Commercial Operations and now serves as an Advisor, supporting Series A fundraising and strategic industry engagement.

Before joining DIANT, Bill was Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at Avara Pharmaceutical Services, where he helped grow the company from its inception (as the fifth employee) into a global CDMO with eight facilities and more than 1,500 employees. He built and led Avara’s global commercial organization and delivered a commercial strategy that supported more than $200 million dollars in global revenue.

Earlier in his career, Bill served as National Director at Quintiles, now IQVIA, where he led the company’s first major business development partnership with Sanofi and launched a national sales organization of more than 435 representatives. He also held senior leadership roles at Sunovion and GlaxoSmithKline, working with national and regional commercial teams across multiple therapeutic areas.
