Roko Skender is the glue behind many of NDFC’s PIBA transactions, seamlessly managing due diligence, legal coordination, and partner communications to ensure efficient and successful deal execution. Known for his proactive approach and problem-solving skills, Roko plays a pivotal role in keeping deals on track and maintaining strong partner relationships.

Beyond his role at NDFC, Roko is an accomplished entrepreneur who has personally led the acquisition of businesses valued between $10 million and $20 million for his own company. These acquisitions include complex real estate transactions, 3rd party investors as well as structuring innovative no-money-down transactions, allowing sellers to achieve higher multiples while enabling Roko to expand his portfolio.

With firsthand experience navigating every stage of the M&A lifecycle, from sourcing and negotiation to due diligence, financing, and closing, Roko brings a wealth of practical knowledge to every transaction he supports. His business acumen is further strengthened by a diverse background, including roles in the mining, and oil & gas industries.

Roko holds a Business Degree from Murdoch University and a Senior Safety Certification from CBD College. He continues to actively grow his business portfolio while serving as a trusted project and relationship manager at NDFC.
