• Raised $212+ million in equity capital and negotiated financings from $100K with TOPA Thrift & Loan to major credit facilities of $500M with Lehman Brothers.
• Acquired and scaled National Diversified Funding Corporation (NDFC) into a leading private equity platform focused on middle-market business acquisitions.
• Executed pioneering leveraged buyouts (LBOs) across multiple industrial sectors — combining acquired companies to gain economies of scale in purchasing, product mix, and distribution.
• Co-founded and took public Financial Congeneric Corporation (FCC), one of the earliest integrated financial services holding companies, using cross-marketing strategies to radically expand sales.
• Spearheaded the creation of value-added profit centers — from 900-number advice lines to proprietary software — to build high-margin, scalable revenue across multiple ventures.
