Previously Ryan was a Chief Investment Officer and General Counsel overseeing the launch, management and investment of 5 separate funds. Ryan's experience in both PE & VC included direct responsibility for fund management, investments, operations, acquisitions, as well as legal contracts. Ryan is a licensed attorney, with a BS in Finance and MBA from the University of Florida.
