Eduardo Vidal has over 40 years of experience as a corporate transactions lawyer, working as a partner at leading law firms in New York and advising private equity startups. During the last dozen years he has served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Content Engine, LLC, an aggregator and syndicator of Latin American media and legal content, part of an online media group that also includes iCrowd Newswire, LLC, a digital service for press release distribution. In addition, he served on the Board of Directors of Brighter Electrical, LLC, a private equity startup that rolled-up small electrical contractors, and other private equity startups that engaged in similar roll-up strategies.
