Her extensive leadership experience spans corporate strategy, M&A, business development/business transformation, fundraising, regulatory compliance, and operations at scale making her a highly effective board director in the healthcare, technology, and services industries.
Jeanne currently serves on the corporate advisory board of Northeast Financial Network. She is a founding board member of this privately held financial services company operating in four Northeast metropolitan areas and managing 100+ licensed financial planners and advisors and 500+ brokers. Jeanne has deep expertise in building businesses and scaling operations, having led large teams in launching and expanding healthcare services across multiple verticals, including self-funded employers, payers, health systems, large pharmaceutical manufacturers and biotech companies. Notably, she played a pivotal role in the rapid growth of Amazon Care, where she redefined the go-to-market strategy given expansion covering 50 states and 30 in-person care sites, growing membership to over 100,000 within a year and identifying M&A opportunities. Her ability to forge strategic partnerships has been instrumental in her success, as evidenced by her leadership in negotiating and implementing numerous high-value Enterprise deals and managing billion-dollar P&Ls.
Jeanne’s contributions to board governance and leadership are visible through her non-profit board roles with the Urgent Care Association as Secretary of the Board of Directors, and the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association as Chair Emeritus, having formerly been Board Secretary and Association President. As a prior leadership advisor to Alto Pharmacy and consultant to Pip Care, she leverages her commercialization expertise to secure enterprise opportunities to grow these businesses. Similarly, as a Certified Mentor with University of Florida Innovate, Ben Franklin Spark, and Veterans Entrepreneurship Initiative, she advises CEOs on strategic growth plans, fundraising, and risk mitigation.
In addition to her corporate achievements, Jeanne has demonstrated her entrepreneurial acumen by founding and growing new businesses and business segments within large organizations such as athenahealth. She has a keen eye for identifying new market opportunities, as seen in her successful launch of specialized services for urgent care, convenient care, and telemedicine that expanded market penetration and revenue growth across these emerging consumer-focused segments, driving revenue growth at athenahealth from $15.4 million to over $180 million annually.
