The wealthy don't build businesses from scratch. They buy them.
NDFC is the Business Acquisition Platform that finds, finances, acquires, and helps scale established middle-market companies. For executives who want to own. For investors who want returns. For sellers who want certainty. For brokers who want closings. 3,500+ acquisitions. 56 years. One platform.

A New Category of Firm
Built for qualified partners seeking ownership, not theory.
Traditional paths to business ownership are fragmented with brokers, lenders, advisors, and operators all working independently. NDFC replaces that fragmentation with a unified platform that integrates acquisition, capital, and execution.
The Problem
You earn $300K, $400K, maybe more. You're still not wealthy. That's not an accident.
You were told to get a good job, max your 401(k), diversify, be patient. That advice was designed for people earning $75K. At $400K in household income, the math is fundamentally different and it does not work in your favor.
Your marginal rate is 32-35%. Add state taxes and you lose 40-45 cents on every new dollar before you invest a dime. Your 401(k) is capped at $24,500. The wealth-building tools you have access to are the same ones everyone gets.
There are 34 million households in America stuck in this position. High income. Low assets. The people who actually build wealth? They own things. Businesses. Real equity. Assets that compound in ways a brokerage account never will. The difference between you and them isn't intelligence. It's access to the system they use.
Escape the Middle Class
The Platform
NDFC is a Business Acquisition Platform. Here's what that means.
We find established, cash-flowing companies in the middle market $12M to $150M+ in revenue. We structure the deal. We raise all acquisition capital: senior debt, seller financing, mezzanine, and fund equity committed before any offer is made. We negotiate with the seller. We close the transaction. And we help run, maintain, and scale the business after close.
For Sellers
The platform puts you into the controlling interest of a real, operating business without requiring millions in personal capital or years of M&A experience.
For Executives and Professionals
The platform puts you into the controlling interest of a real, operating business without requiring millions in personal capital or years of M&A experience.
For Investors
Structured equity participation in a diversified acquisition portfolio with direct ownership economics.
For Brokers
Your deal closes and your commission is real. Every time.
Disciplined Approach
We evaluate acquisitions based on defined financial, operational, and strategic criteria.
Our focus is on businesses with stable performance, experienced management, and clear pathways for growth.
Two Tracks
PIBA Gold: Own the Business
Acquire the controlling interest of a professionally managed middle-market company. Participate at the board level, step into the CEO role if qualified, or remain fully passive. NDFC finds, finances, and acquires the company and helps run and scale it. All acquisition capital sourced by NDFC.
PIBA Platinum: Invest in the Portfolio
Structured equity participation in NDFC's acquisition portfolio. Private equity economics at a fraction of the typical minimum. Target: 2.5x MOIC. Minimum: $100K.
The Generational Shift
This isn't about making more money. It's about changing what your family owns.
When you acquire a business through the platform, you're creating an asset that generates income, builds equity, provides tax advantages, and can be passed to your children or sold for generational wealth. The difference between earning $400K a year for 20 years and owning a $30M+ enterprise is not a difference of degree. It's a difference of category.
