Jeff Pallister’s mission is helping business owners grow their business profitably and rapidly through acquisitions and business optimization.

As a Certified Management Consultant Jeff’s track record of demonstrated results span more than 400 clients in the past 25 years in the areas of strategic planning, implementation and business optimization. These include clients in the manufacturing, oil and gas, and health services sectors. Jeff has not only been instrumental in the growth of hundreds of small clients. He has also served the growth needs of large clients including Schlumberger, ATCO Gas, the National Research Council. Cutler-Hammer, EATON, and Teledyne.

Mr. Pallister has worked with clients to prepare their businesses for sale and increase their attractiveness and value on sale. After the company has been acquired, he has mapped and assisted in the execution of successful transition and integration of the businesses.

He is an accomplished management consultant and entrepreneur with a demonstrated ability to lead, manage and mentor key staff to overcome challenges and drive progress. His objective with clients is to accelerate business growth, first by starting with the right business strategy and then by achieving business goals through increasing efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction.

He is qualified and experienced with various growth methodologies, continuous improvement, Strategic Planning and Implementation, ISO 9001, Excellence Frameworks and Exit Planning. Having built several businesses of his own, Jeff knows first hand the challenges faced by an owner seeking to move their business to its next level.
